Camp and my trip to Cuba – February 2013

May God bless you and your family, dear friends in Christ, our God and Sovereign Lord over the entire world.  On February I had the opportunity to visit Cuba, and preach in two youth camps here in Peru.
Preaching to young people was very important because I have the burden to promote and encourage people for ministry.  I was preaching in a youth camp in Trujillo and other in Lima.  Praise the Lord there were decisions for salvation and consecration. I want to emphasize that in Lima 12 young people made decision to serve God in the ministry.
Preaching in a youth camp in Trujillo
enjoyed preaching & teaching to young people at that camp.
Counseling to those who ansewered to the call to serve the Lord in full time ministry.

My trip to Cuba was a tremendous impact in my service to God on last month. I went to Cuba to know how Cuban pastors and missionaries live and work.  I also brought love offerings for pastors and missionaries there.  Praise the Lord all my goals were met in satisfactory way.
During my trip i had the privilege to talk with more than 25 pastors and missionaries.  I visited 18 Baptist churches, and 15 towns in La Habana, Guines and Artemisa.  I traveled to those towns by motorcycle.  I had that motorcycle to my disposition thanks to the Evangelist Martin.  Martin drove his motorcycle and was my guide during all my time in Cuba (February 2-8).  Martin was a great blessing to me.

I could give personally love offerings from friends & churches from Peru, USA, and Uruguay.  Each love offering would seem so little for givers, but it will help to those pastors and missionaries for one month expenses.  Thanks to God for those who gave for Cuban pastors and missionaries!!
Pastors and missionaries serve faithfully to the Lord in spite of little support.
God has touched my heart in Cuba.  There are in Cuba children of God who love Him and serve Him.  There are growing churches in public auditoriums and houses.  There are pastors and missionaries who proclaim the Word of Go with so little support. There are also many men and women who answer the call of God to serve in the full time ministry.
The political system in Cuba has not been an obstacle for souls to be saved.  It is not an obstacle for children of God to consecrate their lives to be preachers of Christ. Be God glorified for it!!  God is Sovereign whatever be the political system in a country!
In Cuba there are a lot of old buildings with no maintenance.
I came back from Cuba encouraged and excited.  My heart is still with those servants of God in Cuba.  Lord willing, I will keep looking for support for pastors missionaries there.  Beside of our prayers they need economical support.  With 30.00 US Dollars one Cuban pastor o missionary can do very much for the Lord.  If you want to be part in supporting a servant of God in Cuba, please let me know.  Lord willing I will help you to support a faithful servant of God in that island.
Thank you for reading and praying.
